Band Booster meetings are held in the Jeff HS Band Room the second Monday of every month, beginning at approximately 6:00 p.m. and lasting about one and a half hours. They are attended primarily by the members of the Board of Directors, but parents are always welcome.
At times when we are planning major events, for example, before the Star City Festival (Winter Guard) and the Gala, the chairpersons of those events and more parents attended. Bands Director Tom Barker would like to have more parents attend and participate. The meetings are not limited to the Board of Directors. All the events of the Bands and issues and ideas are discussed.
