Good evening everyone!
I just wanted to thank you for being willing to supply us with a pizza dinner tonight. It was delicious and really provided some needed energy for a very big job!
I am happy to report that all of the hems for the new uniforms have been sewn and all alterations have been completed. They are sitting nicely in their places just waiting to be placed in our new red garment bags so that they can be shown off in Plainfield on Saturday night! I can't thank enough, those Moms who have been so willing to help these last few nights. If you see them around, please give a big thank you to Natalie Newlon (Queen of the Blind Hemmer), Kathy Goode, Linda Willey and Barb Nolan. These ladies have given hours of their time this week to make our kids look good. :-) I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you who put in lots of time with all the different things we do. I know that the Pit Crew parents also put in countless hours as we all work together to produce the best show possible. THANK YOU for all you do! Liz (McShirley) I echo all comments to our incredible parents- thank you to all. There is no way that this group could do what we do without the support of so many people. Jefferson Bands, under the direction of Mr. Thomas W. Barker, Jr., is a collection of performing arts groups representing the Jefferson High School instrumental music department in Lafayette, Indiana. Nearly 300 Jefferson Bands students perform at the local, regional, & national level. Our ensembles include marching band, wind ensemble, symphonic band, freshman concert band, color guard & winter guard performance ensembles, show band, percussion ensemble & jazz ensemble. |
